Wedding Congratulations
I'm sure 3D paper crafting is familiar and popular everywhere and it's something I've always enjoyed. Here's my wedding congrats keepsake for a couple who are in same congregation where I am and I was privileged to design and make all wedding stationary. (Hmm... I should have pics somewhere!)

Winter Is Coming - Again
If you ever get cold, just stand in the corner of a room for a while. They're normally around 90 degrees.
Good job :)
Long time no seen, but pain is so bad can't stand still, can't sit down more than few moments and nerve pain is making my toes "dancing" all the time. That's just fyi. Life goes on and so does crafting.
Neighbour passed his driving test:

Flower Tutorials
Flower tutorials that changed my life.
3. Create a Beautiful Flower with Petal Pairs Punches
Some of my makes. I will blog pics of punches and dies etc very shorty.
Silly to say things like that? No. What do you do with all your scrap paper and card? Bin? Store in the bottom drawer? Why not make flowers? Sometimes if I'm lazy, I take a sheet of card/paper and punch quite a few petals ready to be converted to flowers, but all scraps are screaming out "we are here, take us!!!"

These pics I took when someone asked tutorial, looks like I forgot to take pics in the middle of the "process". Oops.

Kite
Look at her! She is Mo Manning's design and you can find her HERE.
This was so much fun making and colouring :)
Idle hands have been busy making flowers and that is my favourite way to use scrap papers! Trying different type, colours, stems/no stems, curl, petals... you name it. One thing is for sure: I'll never run out of flowers, heh.
Pic above shows flowers a bit better.
The important info, how this was done:
digital stamp Mo Manning's Shop
colorine Spectrum Noir markers
backing paper stash
embossing folder Provo Craft (Cuttlebug)
doily Dovecraft
all flowers made using papers from Craftwork Cards
kite is my own doodling
bows and gems stash
inside frame Marianne cutting die
Phew! What a list :)
This post is almost done, only challenge or two need listing...
- DP2 Challenge - "K is for..." KITE
- Cute Card Thursday - #314 Floral Delights
- Southern Girls - Floral Frenzy

Paper Roses and More
Paper flower from scraps, that's my kind of thinking :)
1. White pearlized card, some stems and touch of distress ink.
2. Thin paper, almost as thin as tissue paper, flatback pearls
3. White pearlized card, some stems and touch of distress ink.
4. Pearlised paper (120gsm-160gsm).
5. Pearlised paper (120gsm-160gsm).
6. Pearlised paper (120gsm-160gsm).
8. High quality insert paper 100gsm and light touch of distress ink.
I have made all these and more (need to find pics). Inspirations and boost from
Jak Heath and her tutorials
and
Create a Beautiful Flower with Petal Pairs Punches
and
Lucinda Lucker's Petal Lu
The biggest impact was to see Lucinda's extremely beautiful flowers, never seen as beautiful as her made.
Thanks for visiting :)
