In 'artford, 'ereford and 'ampshire 'urricanes 'ardly hever 'appen

My very favourite musical with wonderful performances from Rex Harrison and unforgettable  Audrey Hepburn among many many others.

Why telling you all this? Because of this beautiful stamp!

If you look at the butterfly you'll see the screws! Hih, those are from Tim Holtz collection, small screw top brads. Cool, innit! :)

Once Upon a Time

Once upon a time ships were made of wood and pirates were conquering all seven seas. Not all, there was this one brave law abiding citizen, who thought and practiced that words were more powerful than any sword.

Frederic Isaac talked sense to the pirates (of the seven seas) and got hold of gold treasure from the bottom of one of those seven (already mentioned) seas.

Sentiment is a folded mini card, tried to add a mini envelope, but this 300gms kraft was a bit too thick.

I'm so pleased how the chests came out :) Glossy accent and Do Crafts glitter, oh sparkling! Really caught on camera <3

Flash won't do justice, sorry to say, but true. Frederic Isaac's suit has shading, but well, here we are. Frederic Isaac Newton is actually the name of my apple tree, but this image needed a proper name :)

Image - Kraftin Kimmie was stamped on kraft using Memento Tuxedo ink
Treasure Chests - old stash stamp
Ships - old stash stamp
Kraft - Papermania
Sentiment - Lili of the Valley
Colorine - Prismacolors
Glossy Accent and gold glitter

Anniversary 30

30 Years of Marriage

A wonderful couple from our congregation is celebrating their 30 years of marriage and my friend asked me to make a card for them. I love making something personal and I knew the husband had a motorbike so of course this image (Danny) was the one and only for the husband this occasion. Biker wasn't enough and this lass also from Kraftin Kimmie's collection was perfect choice for the wife. I hope everyone else is happy with the card. I was. :)

Image - Kraftin Kimmie Danny
Image - Kraftin Kimmie Posy
Ink - Memento Tuxedo
Card Blank - 6x6 scalloped 300gsm
Colorine - Promarkers
Light distressing - Tim Holtz
Scalloped die - Sizzix Framelits
Satin roses - stash
Pearl chain around sentiment - stash
Sentiment - by yours truly (wanted to give hint towards motorbike as well as marriage)
(Pearls and roses took no time at all with hot glue gun, and it was EASY)
