Big Shot Is Back

Knocking on the door, who could that be (as if I didn't know after following the tracking system online). Box addressed to me and it was a brand new Big Shot.

Old plates and dies did not come back, unfortunately, but of course the most important is the machine.

Have to say, the company I bought the original from handled all with excellent customer care and service. Polite and friendly, kept me informed all the way through, and all and all I would really like to recommend craft4.com to all of you.

  1. I'm delighted for you, well...getting a new machine part at least. Make sure and contact them about your die's...why should you have to be out of pocket...and without your die. Hugs lin

  2. Lin, they said the plated were stuck and they couldn't get them out.
OF COURSE THEY WERE STUCK! It wouldn't cut anything if it was just a sliding machine, right? :) I thought they will rip the machine to parts... Bygones.
